Over the years Luminator has manufactured lighting and passenger comfort/safety products for Boeing 707, 717, 727, 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787, as well as every aircraft in the McDonnell Douglas line since the DC-3. Luminator is also on aircraft manufactured by Learjet, BAE, Cessna, Raytheon, Embraer, Lockheed, Fairchild, and many US government aircraft. Agusta, Eurocopter, Bell, and Sikorsky Helicopters also feature Luminator lighting and passenger comfort/safety products.
Our product line includes LED, incandescent and fluorescent interior and exterior lighting, air valves, switches, information signs, wire harnesses, controllable searchlights, emergency floor track systems and seat marker emergency path lighting. We are a custom design house and can modify any of our systems or design a system for your unique application.
Luminator integrated Glar-Ban, to become part of Luminator Aircraft Products. Glar-Ban's expertise is in crew station and exterior lighting, with an emphasis on Night Vision Products. With more than 20 years, Glar-Ban has outfitted over 5,000 aircraft with night vision compatible lighting. The main customer base is comprised of the United States government, foreign military sales, and many worldwide OEMs and subcontractors.
